Find your natural talents and focus on them

You must invest most of your time every week doing what you do best, and let others do what they do best. Most people struggle because they spend their time in jobs not suited to their strengths. What they do doesn’t come to them naturally, effortlessly.

When you spend your time on things that come to you effortlessly, you get even more energy after doing them. These are where most results are created…..

Step 1: find your natural talents.

Make a list of things that when you do them you 1. Generally enjoy 2, Get more energy, 3. Feel no effort. Make the opposite list. Those activities suck your energy and prevent you from achieving your goal. Besides thinking by yourself you can either ask a good friend or even take a personality test. Be clear and brief.

Step 2: Focus on your strengths, delegate the rest.

1. Arrange your life around things that are important and you really love. Learn to prioritize each and every day. Make those things first thing in the morning when you most fresh and alert.
2. For activities that suck your energy - Say no to yourself and others (Habit reframing). Dump or Delegate

- Most effective when he works with others who evaluate his proposal and then implement them.
- His style is to delegate work to subordinates. The process may involve little consolation or supervision.
- Those who are naturally independent and enjoy freedom will enjoy working with him.

- Above all, it will be his vision, his insight, and his forward-thinking approach which will bring a special quality to all that he does.
His potential strengths:

His career theme scales:
- Investigative – Manipulation of ideas and scientific principles. He enjoys applying logical ideas to solve experimental problems.
- Artistic – Expression of artistic and creative ideas. Art in the broadest manifestation.
- Social – Activities that involve caring for others, teaching and generally assisting others to achieve their potential.
- Enterprising – Business situations where he is able to exercise leadership, managerial skills and public acclaim.

Now, Although receiving this report while doing my first MBA subject, Paradoxically, this report has led me to quit MBA course and focus more on entrepreneurship activities, which are creative and involve helping others. Those activities are leading to the formation of business entities which will then either be sold or managed automatically by others.

A clear vision has been set and pointed that day.
