It is your own voice that kills your life goals and dreams
We all have big dreams and goals.
We also all have this inner voice that quite often discouraging us from achieving those goals.
This voice not only keeps us away from reaching our dreams but also threatens our health, relationships, career and any other part of our life.
This little voice is our WORST enemy, An enemy that looks back at us in the mirror every morning.
How many times have you seen someone you WANTED to talk to but didn’t…How many times you PLANNED to wake up early for a morning run but ended up in bed? It’s always this little voice that cripples us when most needed. You are not good enough he says, not strong enough, not smart enough…
The words that come from nowhere cause us to take different actions than what we TRULY desire.
When I trained for my first Ironman, for example, I had to wake up early for training sessions. I had to fight this inner voice each and every day, finally realizing that the best way to sooth our inner voice is by building a new louder one.
A voice that tells us that we live only once and we might not be able to do it tomorrow, That we need to live life to the fullest each and every moment. That the truth is that we don’t want to stay in bed but to be outside, fulfilling our dreams.
You see, the truth is always the OPPOSITE of what the negative voice tells us. And the truth is that we are amazing creatures, Worthy of magnificent life and capable of achieving just about anything.
NEVER let your mind to take over, to control you, to tell YOU what to do. The new voice can sing louder and captivate difficult audience like your negative self.
Just make sure you turn the volume UP!
