You're going to be unlucky. If you worry that you won't have enough money, that's the reality you will create for yourself. If you think about it you can probably come up with recent real life examples... were you dreading a weekend away with the in-laws? Did they drive you insane? You were looking for reasons to support your belief that it would be a dreadful weekend. So change your thoughts and believe in yourself.

The brain can be separated into 3 functioning parts, the thinking part of the brain which is the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain that manages our emotions which is known as the limbic brain, and the part of the brain that manages our bodily functions and movements automatically aka our subconscious mind.

Scientists know there is a neurochemical relationship between the brain and the body with the brain producing neuropeptides that send a chemical signal to your body which triggers hormones that make you feel a certain way.

Our way of default thinking has usually been deeply embedded into us from childhood thanks to the limbic brain and the cerebellum memorizing emotions in order to quickly and efficiently connect our thought, feeling, and behavior patterns so that we react automatically when something happens or someone says something to us whether positive or negative. It's why we lash out at people, we know we're not being rational but because the brain is dishing out our behavior based on old thoughts and feelings we don't have time in that split second to alter our reaction.
