Just after I turned 30, sitting with friends and talking about what we wanted to do before we died, I wrote down everything I could think of. It became a list of 100 life goals, and it shaped the next 10 years of my life.
Before you read my list:

Writing Your Own Life Goals List
What do you actually want to do with the time you have? Not the answer you would give at a dinner party, the real one.
Your list belongs to you alone. It should reflect who you are trying to become rather than what looks impressive written down, and there is no correct number. A hundred, two hundred, or twelve chosen carefully.
Wanting things is the easy part. Almost everyone who writes a list like this has one somewhere, and almost none of them finish it, because a list without a structure behind it stays a wish.
That is what my free workbook, Design Your Dream Year is for. It gives you the simplified process I use to attain my own goals, so your list becomes something you work through rather than something you reread. And i you want support while you do it, the Elevaye Accelerator Program is where I work with people directly.
